The D’Ag Dash is a multiple distance open water swim race from Hobie Cat Beach to Cape D’Aguilar on Hong Kong Island. The 4-in-1 racing event includes a 10km, 5km, 1.8km and 900m to suit different abilities.
Cape D’Aguilar, or Hok Tsui (鶴咀), is the peninsula located on the south-east side of Hong Kong Island. It shapes like a crane’s beak, thus inspired us to name the race 鶴游 (Hok Yau), which literally means Crane’s Swim. The 10km out and back single loop course leads to some of the most beautiful and picturesque caves and rock formations on the island, turning at the spectacular Cape D’Aguilar Marine Reserve. The 5km single loop course leads to the former Cape D’Aguilar Battery, an epic relic from WWII.
The 1.8km & 900m are held in the scenic Tai Tam Bay, and perfect for those who are training for a triathlon race or love to sprint.
The D’Ag Dash is an incredible day of swimming for all abilities.
The event is proudly organised by AVRA and 26 Coaching .
